These professional security courses of study range from improving and sharpening fundamental skill sets to preparing our students for the worst-case real-world scenarios we watch and read about in the news and on social media.
The Execushield Training Center can bring our public training programs to any location in the nation where there is a need. The Execushield Mobile Training Team (EMTT) instructors will work with our clients to customize a curriculum to fit their specific training needs.
Basic Pistol for the Armed Professional
This course was crafted to educate, familiarize and develop competence for the novice or beginner firearms student seeking training as a security professional.
The B.S.I.S. Exposed Firearms Course is NOT a training course for the new or novice shooter. Students really should possess the basics of the course’s specific skills prior to attending a course if they wish to be truly successful.
This two-day class will help the security officer develop their skills in the specific areas required/tested in the Exposed Firearms Qualification Course, as well as safe handling/ proper loading and unloading/basic manipulation, firearms and ammunition familiarization, pistol nomenclature, and the Fundamentals of Marksmanship.
BPAP class certificate, can also be used for a discounted rate for any of Execushield’s Exposed Firearms BSIS certification offered classes, provided registration in one of our Exposed firearms classes is within 90 days of this course completion.
NOTE: This is not the BSIS Certification class; it is the preparatory class to help you prepare and succeed in passing the Execushield BSIS Exposed Firearm certification course for armed security officers offered in our professional training catalogue. Upon successful completion of this course, we can offer a discounted rate for participating in the Execushield Exposed Firearms Certification Course, listed above, provided registration is within 90 days of course completion.
For an additional fee, Execushield can provider a loaner gun belts, loaner Glock 19’s, and the 100 rounds of 9mm ammunition required for completion of the course.
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel registrations. Therefore, cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours of the start date will not be refunded. If you would like to reschedule for a future class, please notify us at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the class date to avoid charges. If you reschedule within twenty-four (24) hours of a registered class date you will be charged 50% of the full price.
